Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  Our distribution facility is located in Missouri, so most shipments should arrive to you within 3-4 business days of being shipped.  Please see the shipping times map below to verify approximate ship time to your state.  All orders are processed in the order received.  Our team will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders ship via UPS, our trusted and preferred freight carrier.  You will receive a tracking number for your order when it ships.

  You’ll get FREE FREIGHT if your order is over $200!

Returns:  Shop with confidence knowing that our products are chosen with great care for their quality and fit.  All products are inspected before leaving our distribution center.  Everyone at RLK strives to provide you with a positive shopping experience, start to finish.  But if something goes wrong, we are here to help!

You can begin the return process through your Company Store account by following the directions below:

  • Navigate to your account (Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner next to the cart)
  • This should automatically take you to your previous Orders page.  If it doesn’t, click on “Orders” at the top of the page
  • Every order you have placed will appear.  To the far right, you will see a small button that says “Return Items?” > Click on this button
  • Choose which items you would like to return, tell us why and how you would like the refund issued
  • Track your return through the Orders page and receive updates to your email as your refund is processed!

You’ll never be charged a re-stocking fee for returns.  Simply return the item to us using the shipping method most convenient for you.  Please return to:

Once we receive your new, unworn return, we’ll issue a refund.  You’re welcome to place a new order while the return refund is being processed.

Material Defects:  We strive to provide the highest quality apparel and O’Reilly Auto Parts promo gear.  If we’ve missed a material defect from the mill, such as a hole or non-functioning zipper, or if your item has been misprinted or arrived damaged, please let us know.  We’ll send you a replacement at no charge to you.

PLEASE NOTE:  All returns must be requested within 60 days of the original order date.
